Shipping policy

We ship to United States addresses only (continental U.S.). We do not ship to Canada or other international destinations.

Processing / Handling Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after order confirmation.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Central Time (CST / UTC-6) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times (U.S. only)

• Ground Shipping (Free) — Available anywhere in the continental U.S. Transit: 4–7 business days.
• 3-Day Air — Additional US $20 surcharge. Transit: 3 business days.
• 2-Day Air — Additional US $25 surcharge. Transit: 2 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time (processing + transit): 3–9 business days depending on location and shipping method within the U.S.

Duties and Taxes
As we ship domestically within the U.S., import duties or customs fees do not apply.
